Don’t worry, these are the arrangements for starting AS Level courses at the VI Form Campus
The VI Form Campus are happy to do everything they can to provide AS places to students impacted by the decision taken at the Isle of Wight College to close their AS Level provision.
To support students who had previously held offers from the College we will be holding a series of advice and guidance sessions as well as inviting them to the normal application / interview process that all students entering the Campus are expected to go through. (see the information timetable below)
It is important to note that no courses have their final numbers allocated at this stage and as a general rule students embarking on AS Level courses will be expected to have at least 5A*-C grades at GCSE including English and Mathematics. Variations from this general rule, including the possibility of resits in either English or Mathematics can be discussed in one to one interviews.
