Fit 4 Life

Year 7 took part in a fantastic workshop with Dan from Fit 4 Life last week.
Dan started the day by speaking to the whole of Year 7 about what led him to creating Fit 4 Life.
Fit 4 Life is a Youth Organisation which promotes physical and mental health for body and mind.
Dan then ran sessions throughout the day for students which outlined the importance of exercise and the mental and physical benefits, incorporating a practical element with some boxing pad work. Dan talked students through various techniques to help deal with anxiety and stress through journaling, whilst encouraging students to speak up when they are struggling.
All of the Year 7s were engaged throughout the day and this was a great experience for them. Thank you, Dan!
